2026 BIG RETREAT
The ROYQG retreat will once again be held at the beautiful Hockley Valley Resort (hockley.com) for 3 full days of quilting fun. It’s a Quilt Show year so a great opportunity of dedicated sewing time to get that quilt done for the show. We can’t wait to see what everyone is working on! So come, bring your machine, your projects, and your ideas and get spoiled for 3 days – no cooking, no dishes, no interruptions, all inspiration and relaxation.
Price Basic Weekend – arrive Friday morning, dinner Friday, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Breaks, Sunday
Breakfast, morning break, and lunch - $655 double/$860 single
Saturday Sew Day - breaks and lunch - $90 (registration in the fall based on availability)
Optional Stays:
- Thursday Night Accommodation and Breakfast (no sewing) - $165 double/$275 single
- Sunday Night Accommodation, Sunday dinner, Monday Breakfast, Break, and Lunch (sewing on Monday) - $310 double/ $410 single

Full Retreat Payment Information:
- A deposit of $250 ($260 single) is required at time of registration
- Installments of $135 ($200 single) due June 25th, August 30th, November 27th, and January 15th
