Welcome to the Region of York Quilters Guild!

Please review your Member Information Package that you will receive at the first meeting of the Guild year - the fourth Wednesday of September. If you are joining us mid-year, please ask for the package from our Membership table at your first meeting.

A listing of all Guild members will be available online from the Members page by October at the latest.

Our Guild is enriched by quilters who give so generously of their skills, talents and time working on our Executive. Our Guild Committees include Membership, Web Diva, Library, Outreach, Display, Workshop, Program, Social, Block of the Month, Treasurer, Historian and Quilt Show. Each Committee has a leader, who is a member of the Executive Committee, which also includes the Guild President, Vice President and Past President. The Executive Committee will be introduced at the first meeting of the Guild year, and are included in each Newsletter.

Please feel free to ask questions of any Guild Executive, or fellow Guild members. They will be more than pleased to show you where everything is or explain how things are done. New suggestions and ideas are always welcome and are the life blood of any Guild. Remember, the best way to meet people and feel at home is to get involved in your Guild and its activities. There are small projects each year for which the Guild need volunteers, for planning a Mini-Retreat, organizing block or fabric exchanges, helping with the next Quilt Show, or organizing a bus trip.
